Everything you need to know before your first rental.
How much does it cost?
€1.50 per hour of use. When you start a rental, a €30 deposit is held on your card — it's automatically released when you return the powerbank to the station.
Do I need an app or my phone?
No. Everything happens on the station's own screen — tap, pay by card and go. No app, no account, and it works even with a dead phone.
How do I pay?
By card, right at the station. Payments run through our secure payment provider Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
What happens if I don't return the powerbank?
If the powerbank isn't returned, the €30 deposit is kept to cover it. Return it to the station and the deposit comes straight back to your card.
Where do I return the powerbank?
Bring it back to the PowerShare station and slide it into any free slot. As our network grows, you'll be able to return at any of our stations.
